Offering a year-round outdoor pool and fitness centre, Pine Cone @ Avantas Mid Valley is located in the Mid Valley district in Kuala Lumpur. Berjaya Times Square is 6 km away. Free private parking is available on site.

All units are air conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV. There is a seating and/or dining area in some units. A microwave and kettle are also featured. There is also a kitchen in some of the units, equipped with a toaster and fridge. Every unit features a private bathroom with a bath or shower and a hairdryer. Towels are offered.

Pine Cone @ Avantas Mid Valley also includes a barbecue. Guests can enjoy a children's playground and a restaurant on site.

台股收紅，不過，由於亞洲主要貨幣包括日圓、韓元等兌美元偏弱，加上缺乏新消息面指引之下，新台幣兌美元匯價10日呈現區間盤整格局，終場收在30.266元、小貶0.8分，不僅連續2個交易日收貶，也是4月25日以來收盤新低價，台北外匯經紀公司成交量為7.44億美元。

台股10日開高走高，終場上漲52.84點，收在9968.32點，成交值新台幣896.16億元，三大法人在台股合計買超新台幣67.73億元，其中外資買超51.61億元。

國際匯市部分，亞洲主要貨幣兌美元偏弱，日圓一度貶破114日圓兌1美元，之後在113.8日圓兌1美元盤整，韓元則一度觸及1138.03韓元兌1美元，之後來到1135韓元兌1美元。

至於新台幣，匯銀人士指出，雖然日圓及韓元偏弱，但在台股走揚之下，新台幣兌美元10日上午呈現盤整小升格局，下午則由升翻貶，終場收在30.266元、小貶0.8分，不僅連續兩個交易日收貶，也創半個月新低價。





根據人力銀行調查，39歲以下的青年勞工，有4成6目前「有負債」，且2成5屬於「有負債，而且造成沉重經濟壓力」、另外2成1則是「雖負債但沒有沉重經濟壓力」；另外，有6成3青年勞工自認屬於「貧窮階級」。大學畢業3年的阿仁悲觀地表示，自己剛畢業就背負30萬元的學貸和孝親費，但月薪從未超過3萬元，甚至得吃吐司過日子。

根據yes123求職網調查，合計有46.7%的青年勞工透露自己出社會即負債：25.1%屬於「有負債，而且造成沉重經濟壓力」、另外的21.6%則屬於「雖負債但沒有沉重經濟壓力」。

調查指出，有6成3青年勞工自認屬於「貧窮階級」，僅33%自認為「小康階級」。25歲的個案阿仁表示，自己大學畢業就負債，背負超過30萬元的學貸和孝親費，每月還債就得花上1.7萬元，但月薪卻從未超過3萬元，生活費高漲的年代，自己只得吃吐司過日子。

yes123求職網發言人楊宗斌表示，「中產階級」逐漸陷落，且青年勞工出社會即負債，再加上低薪、凍薪，年輕人沒有多餘的金錢與時間消費，恐將持續衝擊台灣的內需經濟。他說：「假如維持職場現狀不變，不易擺脫青貧族生活，往後甚至出現『老貧化』慘況，一輩子都得為工作而活，無法完成其他人生夢想。」

此調查由yes123求職網於2017年3月16日到2017年3月23日，以網路問卷進行抽樣，調查39歲（含）以下，已畢業、退伍（免役）會員，同時目前有工作者，有效問卷共1,388份，信心水準為95%，誤差值為正負2.63%。
